कुंभ टेस्टिंग घोटाले में हुई पहली गिरफ्तारी, एसआईटी ने नलवा लैब के बिचौलिये को किया गिरफ्तार

हरिद्वार:  कुंभ कोरोना टेस्ट फर्जीवाड़े में एसआईटी ने गुरुवार को पहली गिरफ्तारी की है। यह गिरफ्तारी हिसार के नलवा लैब के एक बिचौलिये की बताई जा रही है। इसी ने कुंभ मेले के दौरान नलवा लैब को मैन पावर और अन्य साजो सामान उपलब्ध कराया था।
सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक गिरफ्तार किया गया व्यक्ति डाटा फीडिंग का काम भी देख रहा था। आरोपी का नाम आशीष है, जो हरियाणा का रहने वाला है। इस मामले में अभी कई और लोगों की गिरफ्तारी के कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं। हरिद्वार कुंभ कोरोना टेस्ट फर्जीवाड़ा मामले में यह पहली गिरफ्तारी है।

हरिद्वार कुंभ में श्रद्धालुओं और संतों की कोरोना जांच के लिए सरकार ने कई लैब को अधिकृत किया था। इसमें एक दिल्ली की मैक्स कॉरपोरेट सर्विस नाम की कंपनी थी। मैक्स कॉरपोरेट सर्विस ने हरिद्वार कुंभ में कोरोना जांच की जिम्मेदारी अपनी दो लैब दिल्ली की डॉ। लालचंदानी और हरियाणा के हिसार की नलवा लैब को दी थी। आरोप ये है कि इन दोनों लैब द्वारा किए गए करीब एक लाख कोरोना जांच संदेह के घेरे में हैं।

इसके बाद हरिद्वार डीएम सी रविशंकर ने मुख्य विकास अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में एक जांच टीम गठित की थी, जो इस मामले में जांच कर रही है। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अधिकारी ने हाल ही में बताया था कि उनकी जांच अंतिम चरण में है, जल्द ही ये रिपोर्ट डीएम को सौंपी जाएगी।

दरअसल, पंजाब के एक व्यक्ति को फोन गया था कि हरिद्वार में उन्होंने जो कोरोना जांच कराई थी, उसकी रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आई है। हैरानी की बात ये है कि उस व्यक्ति ने न तो कोई कोरोना जांच कराई थी और न ही वो इस दौरान हरिद्वार आया था। उसने इस मामले की शिकायत पंजाब के स्थानीय प्रशासन को की। लेकिन पंजाब के प्रशासन ने मामले को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया।

इसके बाद उस व्यक्ति ने मामले की शिकायत आईसीएमआर (इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ मेडिकल रिसर्च) से की। आईसीएमआर ने शिकायत का संज्ञान लेते हुए उत्तराखंड के हेल्थ सचिव से जानकारी मांगी। उत्तराखंड के हेल्थ सचिव ने मामले की जांच कराई तो प्राथमिक तौर गड़बड़ी सामने आई।

वहीं इस मामले में हरिद्वार डीएम सी रविशंकर के आदेश पर सीएमओ एसएन झा ने हरिद्वार की नगर कोतवाली में मैक्स कॉरपोरेट सर्विस और दिल्ली की डॉ। लालचंदानी व हरियाणा के हिसार की नलवा लैब के खिलाफ मुकदमा भी दर्ज कराया था। इस मुकदमे के दर्ज होने के बाद हरिद्वार एसएसपी ने एक एसआईटी का भी गठन किया था, जो इस मामले की जांच कर रही है। वहीं एसआईटी ने गुरुवार को इस मामले में पहले गिरफ्तार की है।
