साइबर ठग ने लैब संचालक के खाते से उड़ाए ₹98 हजार

हल्द्वानी:  कोरोना महामारी के बीच साइबर ठगों की वारदात भी बढ़ गई हैं। हल्द्वानी में साइबर ठगों ने एक पैथोलॉजी लैब संचालक को अपना निशाना बनाया है।

ठगों ने लैब संचालक से आर्मी के 20 जवानों का कोरोना जांच कराने के नाम पर खाते में पैसे डालने के लिए अकाउंट नंबर मांगा। इसके बाद साइबर ठगों ने लैब संचालक के खाते से 98 हजार 520 रुपयों की ठगी कर ली। पीड़ित की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक निजी पैथोलॉजी लैब में टेक्नीशियन के पद पर तैनात ललित तिवारी को मनजीत सिंह नाम के व्यक्ति ने फौजी अफसर बनकर फोन किया।

अफसर ने 20 फौजियों के कोरोना टेस्ट कराने का हवाला दिया। इसके बाद ठग ने ऑनलाइन पेमेंट के लिए ललित का नंबर मांगा। टेक्नीशियन ने उसे गूगल पे नंबर दिया. इसके कुछ ही मिनट के अंदर टेक्नीशियन के खाते से 98 हजार 520 रुपये दूसरे खाते में ट्रांसफर हो गए।

खाते से रकम ट्रांसफर होते ही लैब टेक्नीशियन के होश उड़ गए। आनन-फानन में कोतवाली पहुंचे पीड़ित ललित ने तहरीर देकर पुलिस से कार्रवाई की मांग की है। कोतवाली पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
