पुलिस ग्रेड पे को लेकर यूकेडी का प्रदर्शन

देहरादून। पुलिस कर्मियों को 4600 ग्रेड पे दिए जाने को लेकर उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल ने रविवार को देहरादून के घंटाघर पर स्वर्गीय इंद्रमणि बडोनी की मूर्ति के नीचे प्रदर्शन किया।
यूकेडी कार्यकर्ताओं ने अपने हाथों में ग्रेड पे के समर्थन में नारे लिखे हुए प्लेकार्ड पकड़े हुए थे।
साथ ही उन्होंने बीस साल की संतोष जनक सेवा करने वाले पुलिस कर्मियों को सब इंस्पेक्टर रैंक का 4600 ग्रेड पे न दिए जाने पर भाजपा सरकार के प्रति जमकर आक्रोश व्यक्त किया।
उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल के केंद्रीय मीडिया प्रभारी शिव प्रसाद सेमवाल ने कहा कि सरकार केवल मीटिंग, सीटिंग और ईटिंग में व्यस्त है। पुलिस कर्मियों को ग्रेड पे को लेकर सिर्फ मीटिंग हो रही है, लेकिन 6 माह बाद भी कोई फैसला नहीं हो पाया है।
उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल के केंद्रीय युवा अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र सिंह बिष्ट ने कहा कि यदि एक सप्ताह में पुलिस कर्मियों के ग्रेड पे को लेकर कोई फैसला नहीं होता तो फिर उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल सड़कों पर आंदोलन छेड़ने को विवश होगा।
यूकेडी देहरादून जिला इकाई के अध्यक्ष दीपक सिंह रावत ने कहा कि पुलिसकर्मी 20 साल की सेवा के बाद 4600 ग्रेड पे के लिए मांग कर रहे हैं लेकिन कर्मचारी विरोधी सरकार उनका ग्रेड पर 2800 करना चाहती है, यह पुलिसकर्मियों के साथ अन्याय है।
लोकायुक्त आंदोलन के संयोजक सुमन बडोनी ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के समय में भर्ती हुए सैकड़ों पुलिसकर्मियों को 4600 ग्रेड पे भी दिया जा रहा है, वहीं उत्तराखंड बनने के बाद भर्ती हुए पुलिस कर्मियों के लिए यह ग्रेड पर घटाकर 2800 किया जा रहा है।
संजीव रावत ने कहा कि कोरोना काल मे तन मन धन से जनता की सेवा करने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों को इनाम की जगह उल्टा वेतन कटौती कर दी गई है, इससे पुलिसकर्मियों और उनके परिजनों में काफी आक्रोश है और उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल इस अन्याय को सहन नहीं करेगा। विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान दर्जनों उत्तराखंड क्रांति दल के कार्यकर्ता घंटाघर पर एकत्रित थे।
