देहरादून:  प्रदेश की महिला कल्याण एवं बाल विकास, मंत्री रेखा आर्या द्वारा विधान सभा स्थित सभा कक्ष में विभागीय समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि योजनाओं में किसी प्रकार की ढिलाई और कोताही न बरती जाय।

समीक्षा बैठक में मंत्री ने विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अन्तर्गत नन्दा गौरा योजना, मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना, मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना, सैनेटरी नैपकीन योजना विषय पर चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि मुख्यमंत्री वात्सल्य योजना के अन्तर्गत लाभार्थियों के चैक वितरण का कार्य 17 जुलाई तक पूरा किया जाय। इस योजना का औपचारिक शुभारम्भ मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा 17 जुलाई तक किया जायेगा।

इस योजना में 2000 लाभार्थियों का चयन किया गया है जिनमें से 500 आवेदन अभी तक प्राप्त हुये है। इस योजना के सम्बन्ध मंे मा0 मंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि लाभार्थियों की जॉच कर चिन्हिकरण कर लें एवं खाता सम्बन्धी कार्य को पूर्ण कर जिलाधिकारी से स्वीकृति प्राप्त कर लें। इस सम्बन्ध में उन्होने 17 जुलाई तक चैक वितरण का कार्य शत- प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये।

बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी योजना में योजना से सम्बन्धित किट का वितरण का कार्य सुनिश्चित कराने का निर्देश दिया गया। इस योजना का औपचारिक शुरूआत सम्भावित 14 या 15 जुलाई को मुख्यमंत्री करेंगे।

नन्दा गौरा योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए लक्ष्य को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये। इस योजना मे 200 करोड रूपये की बजट मॉग की गई है। योजना को पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए डिजिटल रूप दिया जायेगा। जिसके लिए सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार किया जायेगा, इस सम्बन्ध में पोर्टल तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये। जिसमें उन्होने ऑनलाईन अप्लीकेशन, बजट आंबटन, बजट के दूसरी किस्त की जानकारी आम-जन मानस को मिल सकेंगी। वर्तमान में प्रधानमंत्री वन्दन योजना इसी तर्ज पर की गई है।
बैठक में सैनेटरी नैपकीन योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्देश दिया गया कि ग्रामीण महिलाओं तक अधिक से अधिक संख्या में जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी नैपकीन वितरण सुनिश्चित करें। महिलाओं के प्रति स्वच्छता का संकल्प पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये गये।

बैठक में महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के सचिव, हरीश चन्द्र सेमवाल, अपर सचिव, प्रशांत आर्य उप निदेशक, एस0 के0 सिंह, मोहित चौधरी, अन्जना गुप्ता, अखिलेश मिश्रा, विक्रम सिंह, सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे, बैठक में वर्चुअल रूप से जनपदीय अधिकारी जुडे थे।
