शामली। शहर कोतवाली पुलिस ने युवती से दुष्कर्म के मामले में वांछित चल रहे एक आरोपित को गिरफ्तार किया है। जानकारी के अनुसार 7 जुलाई को क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी व्यक्ति ने कोतवाली पर संजय पुत्र भागमल निवासी कूकडा थाना नई मंडी मुजफ्फरनगर के खिलाफ नाबालिग पुत्री को बहला फुसलाकर भगा ले जाने व दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाते हुए कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। पुलिस ने आरोपित की तलाश में दबिश दी थी लेकिन वह हाथ नहीं लग पाया था। एसपी ने भी मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पुलिस को आरोपित की जल्द गिरफ्तारी के आदेश दिए थे। कोतवाली के उप निरीक्षक जवाहरलाल तोमर ने बताया कि पुलिस ने शनिवार को आरोपित संजय पुत्र भागमल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
