रुद्रपुर:  टायर के शोरूम में शॉर्ट सर्किट से आग लगने से लाखों का माल जलकर राख हो गया। लगभग एक घंटे की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद अग्निशमन के चार वाहनों की मदद से आग पर काबू पाया गया। शोरूम मालिक धीरज मिगलानी ने बताया कि आग लगने से लाखों का माल जल कर खाक हुआ है।

रुद्रपुर के मुख्य बाजार स्थित मिगलानी टायर के शोरूम में शॉर्ट सर्किट के कारण आग लग गई। आग लगने से बाजार में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। देखते ही देखते आग ने अपना विकराल रूप धारण कर लिया।

घटना की सूचना पर पहुंचे जिला प्रशासन व पुलिस प्रशासन सहित अग्निशमन के चार वाहनों की मदद से आग में काबू पाया गया। इस दौरान अग्निशमन द्वारा आग पर काबू पाने के लिए लिक्विड फोम का प्रयोग किया गया।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक ओमेक्स कॉलोनी निवासी धीरज मिगलानी की मुख्य बाजार में टायर का शोरूम है। रोजाना की तरह दुकान में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों द्वारा दुकान को खोला गया। दुकान की साफ सफाई के बाद कर्मचारी चाय पी रहे थे, तभी दुकान से अचानक धुंआ उठने लगा। देखते ही देखते आग की लपटें दुकान से बाहर उठने लगी। जिसके बाद दुकान स्वामी धीरज मिगलानी ने आग लगने की सूचना अग्निशमन को दी। एक घंटे की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद अग्निशमन के चार वाहनों की मदद से टीम ने आग पर काबू पाया गया।

हालांकि घटना में लाखों रुपये के टायर जलकर राख होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। अग्निशमन सीएफओ आरडी यादव ने बताया बाजार में टायर के शोरूम में आग लगी थी। चार वाहनों की मदद से आग पर काबू पाया गया। अलग से हुए नुकसान का आकलन किया जा रहा है।
