फेस बुक पर महिला बन ठगने वाले तीन ठग किए गिरफ्तार

देहरादून:  फेसबुक पर विदेशी महिला बनकर एक करोड़ 12 लाख 63 हजार 945 रुपये ठगने वाले 3 ठगों के खिलाफ एसटीएफ ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए दिल्ली से गिरफ्तार किया है।

एटीएफ ने उनके कब्जे से 4 मोबाइल, एक एटीएम कार्ड व 8 सिम कार्ड बरामद किए है। एसटीएफ एवं साईबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन की संयुक्त कार्रवाई से इन ठगों को दबोचा गया है।

बढ़ते साईबर अपराधों के परिप्रेक्ष्य में साईबर अपराधी आम जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई के लिए अपराध के नये-नये तरीके अपनाकर धोखाधड़ी कर रहे है।

इसी परिपेक्ष्य में साईबर ठगों ने आम जनता से “फेसबुक पर विदेशी महिला बन विदेश से गिफ्ट व धनराशि भेजने का लालच देकर उनसे ठगी” करने के प्रकरण विभिन्न राज्यो में सामने आ रहे है।

ऐसा ही एक मामला साईबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन को प्राप्त हुआ था जिसमें दून निवासी एक व्यक्ति के साथ इस प्रकार की घटना घटित हुयी थी जिसमें फेसबुक पर उनकी दोस्ती एक विदेशी महिला से हुयी, जो उनको विदेश से उपहार रूप में 19000 यूरो (17 लाख) भेजने की बता कही गयी, इसके उपरान्त शिकायतकर्ता को कोरियर सर्विस के बहाने फोन आता है कि आपके नाम का पार्सल आया है

जिसके वजन ज्यादा होने के कारण 15560 रुपये, अन्य चार्ज के नाम पर 23599, इन्कम टैक्स के नाम पर 65000 रुपये, एन्टी ड्रग्स चार्ज के लिए 58500 एवं अन्य विभिन्न टैक्स के नाम पर रूपये 01 करोड़ 12 लाख 63 हजार 945 रुपये की धनराशि विभिन्न बैंक खातो में जमा कराकर धोखाधड़ी की गयी।

वादी की शिकायत के आधार पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया । प्रकरण की गम्भीरता को देखते हुये खुलासे के लिए मनोहर सिंह दसौनी के नेतृत्व में गठित की गयी ।

पुलिस टीम ने पूर्व में एक विदेशी नागरिक (नाईजीरियन मूल) सहित 02 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है तथा प्रकरण में 16 बैंक खातो को फ्रीज कराया गया है।

आरोप में अन्य वांछित के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करते हुये घटना में प्रयुक्त मोबाईल, ई-वालेट तथा बैंक खातों के बारे में जानकारी की गयी व एक पुलिस टीम तत्काल दिल्ली, नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य रवाना की गयी। पुलिस टीम ने दिल्ली के विभिन्न स्थानों से घटना में संलिप्त 03 ठगों को गिरफ्तार किया।
