विधानसभा के बाहर विपक्ष का जोरदार हंगामा

देहरादून: विपक्ष लगातार सत्ता पक्ष पर हमलावर मुद्रा में हैं। वहीं विधानसभा सत्र के दूसरे सदन दिन शुरू होने से पहले विपक्ष के विधायकों ने विधानसभा के बाहर गन्ने के साथ प्रदर्शन कर विरोध जताया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सरकार पर जमकर हमला बोला। गौर है कि विधानसभा सत्र का दूसरा दिन हंगामेदार रहने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।

सदन शुरू होने से पहले जिस तरह से विपक्ष के विधायकों ने विधानसभा के बाहर हंगामा किया। उससे सदन के अंदर भी हंगामे के आसार नजर आ रहे हैं।

मंगलवार को सदन शुरू होने से पहले हरिद्वार जिले के तमाम विधायक जिनमें काजी निजामुद्दीन, फुरकान अहमद, ममता राकेश के अलावा विपक्ष के तमाम विधायक सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को तोड़ते हुए गन्ने को लेकर विधानसभा के बाहर पहुंचे और गन्ने मूल्य को लेकर सरकार का घेराव किया।

मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए विपक्ष के विधायकों ने कहा कि यह सरकार गन्ना किसानों के प्रति बेहद उदासीन है। पिछली कांग्रेस सरकार से लेकर अब तक कई किसानों का गन्ना मूल्य भुगतान नहीं हुआ है।

वहीं विपक्ष के विधायक और प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रीतम सिंह ने कहा कि आज वह सदन के भीतर किसानों के मुद्दे को पुरजोर तरीके से उठाएंगे। वहीं इसके अलावा प्रीतम सिंह ने कहा कि वह आज होने वाली कार्य मंत्रणा की बैठक में सदन बढ़ाने को लेकर मांग करेंगे और अगर सदन नहीं बढ़ाया जाता है तो वह कार्य मंत्रणा का बहिष्कार करेंगे।

विधानसभा सत्र के दूसरे दिन की कार्यवाही शुरू हो गई है। विपक्ष ने नियम-58 के तहत किसानों के मुद्दे को सदन में लाया है और सदन में किसानों के विषय पर चर्चा चल रही है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा शीतकालीन सत्र का दूसरा दिन है और आज ही प्रश्नकाल होना है। इसके अलावा 5 विधेयक सदन के पटल पर रखे जाने हैं। सदन में आज प्रश्नकाल भी होना है। जिसके तहत विपक्ष सरकार को घेरने की पुरजोर कोशिश करेगा। जिससे प्रश्नकाल हंगामेदार होने के आसार भी हैं। जिसकी एक झलक विधानसभा सत्र शुरू होने से पहले विधानसभा के बाहर भी देखने को मिली। विधानसभा के अंदर कार्यवाही शुरू हो चुकी है। विपक्ष की मांग पर किसानों के मुद्दे पर नियम-58 के तहत चर्चा चल रही है।

ये विधेयक रखे जाएंगे सदन के पटल पर

1- उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण अधिनियम 2019।
2- उत्तर प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम 1901 में संसोधन।
3- हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा चिकित्सा शिक्षा विश्वविद्यालय संशोधन अधिनियम 2020।
4- उत्तराखंड शहीद आश्रित अनुग्रह अनुदान विधायक 2020।
5- उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग संशोधन विधेयक 2020।
