देहरादून:  अगले साल धर्मनगरी हरिद्वार में आयोजित होने वाले महाकुंभ मेले की तैयारियों को लेकर राज्य सरकार जोर-शोर से जुटी हुई है। सरकार की कोशिश है कि महाकुंभ 2021 से पहले स्थाई और अस्थाई कार्यों को पूरा किया जा सके। ताकि महाकुंभ में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को किसी भी प्रकार दिक्कत न हो, लेकिन कोरोना ने हरिद्वार महाकुंभ 2021 की तैयारियों को सीमित कर दिया है।

इसका अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि जिस हरिद्वार महाकुंभ के लिए पहले चार हजार करोड़ रुपए की योजना तैयार की गई थी वो अब सिमटकर आठ सौ करोड़ रुपए की ही रह गई है।

सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, कोरोना की स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं होने के कारण मेला क्षेत्र की व्यवस्थाओं में आने वाला खर्च 800 करोड़ रुपए तक सिमट गया है। क्योंकि परंपरागत मेला स्थान को ही मेला क्षेत्र बनाया गया है।

ऐसे में अब राज्य सरकार का मुख्य फोकस महाकुंभ को कोरोना मुक्त रखना है। लिहाजा, राज्य सरकार मौजूदा समय में दो रणनीतियों पर काम कर रही है।

पहली रणनीति कुंभ मेले के शाही स्नानों में कोविड-19 की स्थिति को देखते हुए व्यवस्था करना। यानी कुंभ में स्नान करने आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को कोविड नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट लाना। साथ ही कोरोना की वैक्सिन अगर उपलब्ध हो जाती है तो महाकुंभ में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर व्यवस्था देने की रणनीति भी है।
