ऋषिकेश:  ऋषिकेश विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत गुमानीवाला के कृष्णा विहार एवं ओम विहार कॉलोनी में 97 लाख 16 हजार रुपए की लागत से 1.34 किलोमीटर आंतरिक सड़कों का शिलान्यास आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने विधिवत पूजा पाठ के साथ किया।

राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत गुमानीवाला वार्ड नंबर 5 कृष्णा विहार एवं ओम विहार कॉलोनी में लगभग 97 लाख रुपए की लागत से आंतरिक सड़कों का निर्माण होना है।एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने सड़कों का शिलान्यास किया। कार्यक्रम में मौजूद क्षेत्रवासियों द्वारा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का उत्साह पूर्वक फूल मालाओं से स्वागत एवं सम्मान किया गया, साथ ही श्री अग्रवाल ने क्षेत्रवासियों को सड़कों की सौगात देने के साथ-साथ मुंह मीठा किया। इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि क्षेत्र के विकास के साथ लोगों की सेवा करना ही उनकी पहली प्राथमिकता है। विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी जर्जर एवं कच्ची सड़कों का कायाकल्प किया जा रहा है। क्षेत्र का सर्वांगीण विकास ही  एकमात्र लक्ष्य है।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी गांव विकास की रोशनी से अछूता नहीं रहेगा। सभी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के सभी वर्गों के लोगों तक पहुंचे। इसके लिए लोगों की मदद करते रहते हैं। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष  कहा कि समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े हर व्यक्ति का समुचित विकास कर उनके जीवन स्तर को बेहतर बनाना उनका लक्ष्य है। इसके लिए सभी गांवों में पक्की सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, नाली सहित सभी बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध   कराने के लिए दिन रात प्रयासरत हैं। इस अवसर पर  स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों  द्वारा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए क्षेत्र में उनके द्वारा किये गये कार्यों को  क्षेत्रवासियों के समक्ष रखा गया।

इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने उपस्थित लोगों से आह्वान किया कि कोरोना का खतरा अभी टला नहीं सभी लोग सरकार द्वारा दिए गए दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करें। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद अधिकारियों से भी सड़कों के निर्माण में गुणवत्ता एवं मानकों में कमी न करने के निर्देश दिए साथ ही जनता से अपील की कि विकास कार्यों की देखरेख करने की जिम्मेवारी भी जनता की है। इस अवसर पर लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता विपुल सैनी, सहायक अभियंता अविनाश भारद्वाज, ग्राम प्रधान राजेश व्यास, मानवेंद्र कंडारी, सतीश शर्मा, खैरी कला के प्रधान चमन पोखरियाल, किशन नेगी, बृजमोहन बड़ोला, रवि शर्मा, सत्य प्रसाद भट्ट, दिनेश रावत, पुष्पा मित्तल, सतपाल राणा, गोविंद महर, सुनील थपलियाल, अक्षय कौशिक, विजयलक्ष्मी सेमवाल सहित अन्य लोग उपस्थित थे।कार्यक्रम का संचालन टेक सिंह राणा द्वारा किया गया।
