आईवीआरएस से होगी आइसोलेट व्यक्तियों की मॉनिटरिंग

देहरादून:  मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने सचिवालय में जनपद हरिद्वार के लिए कोविडकृ19 के कारण आईसोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्तियों की मॉनिटरिंग हेतु इंटरएक्टिव वॉइस रिस्पोंस सिस्टम (आईवीआरएस) के ट्रायल रन का शुभारम्भ किया।

आईवीआरएस प्रणाली के द्वारा कोविडकृ19 के कारण आईसोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्तियों की मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी। सिस्टम द्वारा पूछे गए सवालों की प्रतिक्रिया के अनुसार सभी समस्याएं एवं जानकारियां सिस्टम में दर्ज हो जाएंगी। इस प्रणाली के माध्यम से लक्षण, टेस्टिंग एवं फॉलोकृअप से सम्बन्धित प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। उनके उत्तरों के अनुसार सभी समस्याओं के निराकरण हेतु सम्बन्धित नोडल अधिकारियों को सूचित कर तत्काल मेडिकल सहायता उपलब्ध करायी जाएगी।

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने आईसोलेशन में रह रहे एक व्यक्ति से फोन पर बात कर उनके स्वास्थ्य का हाल जाना और शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की कामना की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड से संक्रमित व्यक्ति की मॉनिटरिंग करना तो आवश्यक है परन्तु यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि संबंधित के अनुसार सुविधाजनक समय पर सम्पर्क किया जाए। फीडबैक लेने के दौरान आइसोलेशन में रह रहे व्यक्ति को कम से कम परेशानी हो।

मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारी हरिद्वार सी. रविशंकर से कहा कि हरिद्वार में मंदिरों में प्रयोग होने के बाद फूलों की अत्यधिक बर्बादी होती है। इसके लिए एक सिस्टम विकसित किया जाना चाहिए कि यह फूल उसके बाद भी प्रयोग हो सकें। इनका प्रयोग धूप व अगरबत्ती बनाने में किया जा सकता है।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष चंडीघाट में साउंड एण्ड लाईट शॉ का भी प्रस्तुतिकरण किया गया। इसके साथ ही जिला प्रशासन हरिद्वार की ओर से कोरोना वॉरियर्स के लिए समर्पित वीडियो सौंग ट्टकोटि कोटि नमन’ गाने को भी लांच किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि हम सब जान रहे हैं कि कोरोना से लड़ने में हमारे कोरोना वॉरियर्स ने महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। वह सारा जोखिम आपके लिए, हमारे लिए उठा रहे हैं। कोरोना वॉरियर्स के लिए समर्पित यह गाना उनका हौसला बढ़ाने में सहायक होगा। इस अवसर पर मेयर देहरादून सुनील उनियाल गामा, मुख्यमंत्री के आईटी सलाहकार रविन्द्र दत्त पेटवाल एवं एसएसपी हरिद्वार सेंथिल अवुदई कृष्णराज एस भी उपस्थित थे।
