कैबिनेट की बैठकः पहले चरण में 20 प्रतिशत लोगों को दी जाएगी कोविड वैक्सीन

देहरादून:  उत्तराखंड कैबिनेट की बैठक में 29 मामलों में चर्चा हुई जिसमें से 27 बिंदुओं पर कैबिनेट की मुहर लगी है।

सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में सुबह के समय कैबिनेट बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक में मंत्री परिषद ने कई महत्वपूर्ण मामलों पर चर्चा की। इस संबंध में शासकीय प्रवक्ता मदन कौशिक ने बताया कि कोविडकृ19 को लेकर भी मंत्री परिषद की बैठक में चर्चा की गई। कोविड वैक्सीन के रखरखाव को लेकर कैबिनेट में मंथन किया गया। बताया कि उत्तराखंड में पहले चरण में 20 प्रतिशत लोगों की पहले चरण में वेक्सिनेशन की जाएगी।

उच्च शिक्षण संस्थान खोले जाने के लिए भी सरकार ने महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेते हुए 15 दिसंबर से इन उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों, सभी निजी और प्रोफेशनल कोर्स से जुड़े कॉलेज खोलने को कैबिनेट ने मंजूरी दे दी है। जबकि कोचिंग सेंटरों को खोलने की अनुमति अभी नहीं दी गई है। वहीं वेट सुनवाई के लंबित प्रकरणों की तिथि को कैबिनेट ने 31 जनवरी 2021 तक बढ़ा दिया है।

बताया कि ऋषिकेश कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन में काम करने वाले ठेकेदारों को लेकर भंडारण और क्रशर को लेकर नियमों में शिथिलीकरण किया गया है। उत्तराखंड पेयजल संसाधन विकास निगम की नियमावली में संशोधन किया गया है। देहरादून दून मेडिकल कॉलेज में विभिन्न विभाग में 44 पदों की सुपरस्पेशलिटी की स्वीकृति दी गई। रुद्रपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में 927 पदों पर स्वीकृति दी गई।

अमृत कौर रोड पर नर्सिंग होम के लिए रोड की स्वीकृति दी गई। राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियमावली में संशोधन किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि विधानसभा का शीतकालीन सत्र 21, 22 व 23 दिसंबर को आयोजित होगा। उत्तराखंड सहित आश्रित अनुदान अनुग्रह नियमावली को कानून बनाया गया है। अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग में संशोधन किया गया। आबकारी नीति के एमजीडी में परिवर्तन किया गया है। वेट सुनवाई को 31 अक्टूबर 2020 से 31 जनवरी 2021 तक के लिए बढ़ाया गया है
