श्रीनगर में शीघ्र होगा बस अड्डे एवं पार्किंग का निर्माण : डा. धनसिंह रावत

-बस अड्डे, पार्किंग व टैक्सी स्टैण्ड के लिए पूर्व से स्वीकृत है धनराशि
देहरादूनः कैबिनेट मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज विधानसभा स्थित सभागार में श्रीनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की परिवहन विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक ली। उन्होंने श्रीनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत श्रीनगर बाजार में प्रस्तावित बस अड्डे एवं पार्किंग के शीघ्र निर्माण के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं। वहीं चौबट्टाखाल एवं पैठाणी में टैक्सी स्टैण्ड निर्माण की कार्रवाही में तेजी लाने को कहा है।
डा. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि श्रीनगर चार धाम यात्रा का प्रमुख पड़ाव होने के साथ ही गढ़वाल मंडल का केन्द्र बिन्दु भी है। जहां से प्रतिदिन हजारों वाहनों का आवागमन रहता है। बस अड्डा व पार्किंग की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था न होने के कारण चार धाम यात्रियों सहित स्थानीय लोगों को कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है। जिसको मध्यनजर रखते हुए श्रीनगर में अत्याधुनिक बस अड्डा एवं पार्किंग का निर्माण प्रस्तावित है। जिसके निर्माण के लिए अधिकारियों को जरूरी निर्देश दिये गये हैं।
इसके साथ ही क्षेत्रवासियों की मांग पर चौबट्टाखाल और पैठाणी में टैक्सी स्टैण्ड निर्माण के लिए अधिकारियों को जल्द कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिये गये है। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने कहा कि निर्माण कार्यों के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की धन की कमी आड़े नहीं आयेगी।
बैठक में प्रभारी सचिव आवास सुरेंद्र नारायण पाण्डेय, अपर सचिव परिवहन डा. आनंद श्रीवास्तव, प्रबंध निदेशक उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम अभिषेक रूहेला, महाप्रबंधक परिवहन हर गिरी सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
