लोनिवि मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने दिये अधिकारियों को निर्देश, शीघ्र करें लम्बित मुआवजों का भुगतान

पौड़ीः  प्रदेश के पर्यटन, लोक निर्माण सिंचाई मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने लोक निर्माण विभाग और पीएमजीएसवाई के अधिकारियों को, ग्रामीणों के वर्षों से लंबित मुआवजों का शीघ्र भुगतान करने के आदेशि दिये हैं। पसके अलावा शुक्रवार को महाराज ने अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में करोड़ों रूपये की कई योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने ब्लाक मुख्यालय में महिलाओं को मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी किट का भी वितरण किया।

कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने शुक्रवार को अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र चौबट्टाखाल के अंतर्गत विकासखंड एकेश्वर में राज्य योजना मद से लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा 62.26 लाख की लागत से एन. एच. के पास बनने वाली 01 किमी लम्बे खुलेऊ.पिपल, कुमराड़ी.सालकोट मोटर मार्ग का शिलान्यास किया। इससे पूर्व उन्होने सतपुली में नेगी होम.स्टे का फीता काटकर उद्घाटन भी किया।

महाराज ने लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा 5 किमी लम्बे पाटीसैण.तछवाड़.एकेश्वर मोटर मार्ग जिसकी लागत 3 करोड़ 6 लाख 42 हजार है, के डामरीकरण एवं सुधारीकरण कार्य का भी शिलान्यास किया।

इस मौके पर उपस्थित पीएमजीएसवाई के अधिकारी को कबीना मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने सख्त लहजे में कहा कि वह स्कवर खुलवाने के साथ.साथ सभी गड्डों की शीघ्र मरम्मत करवायें। उन्होने कहा कि हमारा काम जनता की सेवा करना है। इस पर पीएमजीएसवाई अधिकारी ने कहा कि वह एक माह भीतर सभी शिकायतों का निस्तारण कर देंगे।

वहीं उन्होंने एकेश्वर ब्लाक मुख्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में ग्राम्य विकास विभाग द्वारा स्वीकृत 3 करोड़ 37 लाख 39 हजार रुपये के अनावासीय भवन का शिलान्यास और नाबार्ड मद के अंतर्गत लघु सिंचाई विभाग की 9 लाख 7 हजार की लागत से निर्मित चैक डैम पैंछारी का भी लोकार्पण किया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान उन्होने महिलाओं को मुख्यमंत्री महालक्ष्मी किट प्रदान करने के साथ विधायक निधि से आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में अध्यनरत बच्चों के बैठने के लिए फर्नीचर का वितरण भी किया।

ब्लाक सभागार में स्थानीय जनता और जनप्रतिनियों को संबोधित करते हुए महाराज ने कहा कि बड़ी तेजी के साथ हम क्षेत्र के विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त कर रहे हैं। कोविड के कारण कुछ परेशानियां रही हैं लेकिन अब कुछ हद तक हालात सुधरे हैं।

कैबिनेट मंत्री एवं स्थानीय विधायक सतपाल महाराज ने बताया कि हमने कोविड काल को देखते हुए सिंचाई विभाग में बड़े ठेकों को छोटा करके स्थानीय बेरोजगारों को रोजगार मुहैया कराने की बड़ी शुरूआत की है। कहा कि वह अपने विभागों में इस प्रकार की व्यवस्था भी करने जा रहे हैं कि पूर्व अनुभव के बिना स्थानीय बेरोजगारों को छोटे छोटे ठेके मिल सकें।

उन्होने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के कुशल नेतृत्व में देश आगे बढ़ रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के तहत चौथे चरण में 15 लाख टन से अधिक का खाद्यान्न निशुल्क वितरित किया गया। इस योजना से 80 करोड़ से अधिक लोग लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।

महाराज ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में अनेक विकास कार्य किये जा रहे हैं।

इसके अलावा उन्होने नौगांवखाल स्थित सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर स्कूल परिसर में 10 लाख की विधायक निधि से निर्मित 2 कक्षा कक्षों का भी लोकार्पण किया।

अपने व्यस्ततम क्षेत्र भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री एवं स्थानीय विधायक सतपाल महाराज ने ग्राम इसौटी में 5 लाख रूपये की विधायक निधि एवं जिला योजना से निर्मित बहुउद्देश्य पंचायत भवन का लोकार्पण करने के अलावा पीएमजीएसवाई द्वारा निर्माणाधीन नौगांवखाल.तुनाखाल मोटर मार्ग का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर क्षेत्रीय जनता की समस्याओं को सुना और कुछ का मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया।

लोकार्पण, शिलान्यास और आंगनवाडी केंद्रों पर दिये जाने वाले फ़र्नीचर कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर एकेश्वर के ब्लॉक प्रमुख नीरज पांथरी, मण्डल अध्यक्ष शतराज सिंह, महामंत्री गौरव धस्माना, गणेश रावत, जिला युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष गौरव नौडियाल, युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष पंकज डोबरियाल, मनीष थपलियाल, अरविंद निराला, पूर्व मंडल अध्यक्ष देवेन्द्र भट्ट, सोवन सिंह, नैन सिंह रावत, पंकज पोखरियाल, योगेश्वर प्रसाद घनशाला, नरेन्द्र नेगी, श्रीमती कुसुम खंतवाल विनोद घिल्ड़ियाल, जिला मंत्री दलबीर सिंह, मोहन लाल चतुर्वेदी, संजय सजवाण, सुधीर, वेद प्रकाश वर्मा, गौरव धस्माना, रमेश, नरेंद्र कलखूड़िया, राकेश गौड एवं सहित सिंचाई एवं लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
