देहरादूनः मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पंचम राष्ट्रीय ई.चिंतन सत्र में प्रतिभाग किया। इिस वर्चुअल चिंतन सत्र में भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जे पी नड्डा सहित अनेक केन्द्रीय मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री व अन्य गणमान्य लोगों ने भी प्रतिभाग किया।

चिंतन सत्र के मौके पर विदेश मंत्री डॉ एस जयशंकर ने हमारी .विदेश नीति और उपलब्धियाँ. विषय पर सम्बोधित किया।

विदेश मंत्री डॉ एस जयशंकर ने पिछले वर्षों में भारतीय विदेश नीति मे आए बदलावों और इसके प्रभाव की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में दुनिया ने भारत की क्षमताओं को पहचाना है और माना भी है।

दन्होंने कहा कि भारत की छवि अब केवल मार्केट की नहीं बल्कि सशक्त राष्ट्र की बनी है जो कि न केवल स्वाभिमान के साथ अपनी सुरक्षा में सक्षम है बल्कि अन्य देशों की मदद को भी तत्पर है। साथ ही बङे देशों के साथ समानता के आधार पर साझेदारी बनी है। दुनिया ने नये भारत की नयी डिप्लोमेसी देखी है। भारतीय संस्कृति को ग्लोबल स्तर पर ले जाने में सफलता मिली है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस इसका उदाहरण है।

विदेश मंत्री ने कहा कि क्लाईमेट चेंज, आतंकवाद, काला धन पर मजबूती से जरूरी कार्रवाई करने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहमति बनाने में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही है। दुनिया को आतंकवाद के खिलाफ तैयार किया है। कोविड के दौरान भारत की छवि स्वयं के साथ दुनिया का ख्याल रखने वाले देश की बनी है।

कहा कि चीन के साथ गतिरोध के समय हमारी प्रतिक्रिया से दुनिया समझ गयी है कि  भारत किसी के सामने झुकने वाला नही है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में हमारी विदेश नीति में दूसरे देशों में रह रहे भारतीयों की चिंता भी रखी गई है। बाहर जाने वाले हमारे छात्रों, कामगारों, पर्यटकों, व्यवसायियों के हितों की रक्षा की गई है। भारतीय दूतावासों के माइन्डसेट में परिवर्तन आया है।

बताया कि पासपोर्ट और वीजा की प्रक्रियाओं को सरल बनाया गया है। भारत की महत्वपूर्ण अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों में प्रभावशाली भूमिका बढी है। भारत अनेक प्रोजेक्टों के माध्यम से पङोसी देशों की प्रगति में सहायता कर रहा है।
