चार दिन चला शीत कालीन शत्र

कुंभ मेले के लिए 200 करोड़ के बजट की व्यवस्था

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड विधानसभा का शीतकालीन सत्र गुरुवार को संपन्न हो गया। इसके बाद सदन की कार्यवाही अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई है।

4 दिन चले इस विधानसभा सत्र को पहले 3 दिन के लिए आहूत किया गया था। विपक्ष के दबाव के बाद एक दिन अशासकीय दिवस के रूप में और बढ़ाया गया।

सत्र समाप्ति के मौके पर संसदीय कार्य मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने बताया कि 4 दिन चले शीतकालीन सत्र में 6 विधेयक पास किए गए।

उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा (आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण)( संशोधन)विधेयक 2020, उत्तराखंड (उत्तर प्रदेश भू राजस्व अधिनियम 1901)(संशोधन) विधेयक 2020, उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग (संशोधन) विधेयक 2020, उत्तराखंड शहीद आश्रित अनुग्रह अनुदान विधेयक 2020 के रूप में प्रमुख विधेयक पास हुए।

इससे पहले सत्र के पहले दिन कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। दूसरे दिन 4063.79 करोड़ का अनुपूरक बजट सदन में पास किया गया। इसमें कुंभ मेले के लिए अनुपूरक बजट में 200 करोड़ की व्यवस्था की गई है।

संसदीय कार्य मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने बताया कि सदन में 4,063 करोड़ 79 लाख के अनुपूरक बजट को पास किया गया। अनुपूरक बजट में निर्भया फंड के लिए एक करोड़ 58 लाख का फंड रखा गया है।

सदन में तीसरे दिन भी पांच महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक पास किये गये। साथ ही शीतकालीन सत्र में किसानों और रोजगार के मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। उप नेता प्रतिपक्ष करन महरा ने सदन में पुरानी पेंशन व्यवस्था का मामला उठाया।

वहीं, सत्र में 4,662 करोड़ का अनुपूरक बजट पास किया गया। सत्र समाप्ति के मौके पर सत्ता पक्ष में अहम भूमिका निभा रहे शासकीय प्रवक्ता संसदीय कार्य मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने बात करते हुए कहा कि विधानसभा का ये सत्र 3 तीन का था, मगर विपक्ष के अनुरोध को देखते हुए 1 दिन अशासकीय दिवस के रूप में बढ़ाया गया।
