देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में मंगलवार से उच्च शिक्षण संस्थान खुल गए हैं। मंगलवार को  राजधानी देहरादून के डीएवी, डीबीएस, एसजीआरआर व एमकेपी पीजी कॉलेज विद्यार्थियों के लिए खुल गए हैं।

हालांकि, अभी सिर्फ प्रैक्टिकल कक्षाओं वाले विद्यार्थियों को ही प्रवेश दिया गया है।डीएवी कॉलेज में पहले दिन अच्छी संख्या में विद्यार्थी पहुंचे हैं, लेकिन कक्षाएं कम ही संचालित हो सकी हैं।

पहले दिन अधिकांश विद्यार्थी अभिभावकों का सहमति-पत्र नहीं लाए। इन विद्यार्थियों को प्रारूप दिए जा रहे हैं। पत्र जमा करने के बाद ही कक्षाओं में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।
