शामली। टिटौली के ग्राम प्रधान ने एक लेखपाल पर कुछ ग्रामीणों से सांठगांठ कर ग्राम समाज की भूमि पर कब्जा कराने का आरोप लगाते हुए डीएम से जांच कर लेखपाल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई व भूमि को कब्जामुक्त कराने की मांग की है। जानकारी के अनुसार टिटौली के प्रधान पप्पू राज ने डीएम को एक प्रार्थना पत्र देते हुए बताया कि हल्का लेखपाल द्वारा पूर्व डीएम इंद्र विक्रम सिंह ने खुली बैठक में ग्रामीणों की शिकायत के बाद ग्राम समाज की भूमि पर किए गए कब्जे को हटवाया था लेकिन उक्त लेखपाल ने ग्रामीणों से सांठगांठ कर उस पर फिर से ग्रामीणों का कब्जा करा दिया गया। हरिजन कालोनी की जमीन पर भी शामली के लोगों का कब्जा कराया जा रहा है वहीं कालोनी की गलियों पर भी कब्जा किया जा चुका है। प्रधान का आरोप है कि अस्थायी गौशाला मार्ग को भी उखडवा दिया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उक्त लेखपाल ने सेवापुर के ग्रामीणों की भी बंजर व चारागाह की भूमि पर कब्जे करा दिए गए हैं। उक्त लेखपाल गांव में नहीं आता और मूल, जाति, आय व हिस्सा प्रमाण पत्रों में भी अवैध वसूली करता है। प्रधान ने डीएम से अवैध कब्जों को मुक्त कराकर लेखपाल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
