बागपत,टीकरी | कस्बे के पानी की निकासी के लिए कृष्णा नदी तक बनाई गई खास ( नाला), नहीं हुई 20 वर्षों में एक बार भी सफाई । गांगनोली के किसानो ने ख़ास पर भी किया कब्जा | बरसाती पाने के निकासी न होने से नगरवासियों में आक्रोश |

लोगों का कहना है कि जब तक इस खास का पानी कृष्णा नदी तक नही पहुँचेगा, समस्या ज्यों की त्यों बनी रहेगी।

टीकरी कस्बा वासियों को जलभराव व गंदगी के कारण नारकीय जीवन जीने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है। जिसके विरोध में लोगो ने पानी मे उतरकर नारेबाजी करते हुए प्रदर्शन किया।

कस्बे की पट्टी मैनमान, धिमाना, रतराना, भोजना व दबड़ा की गलियों में पानी भरा हुआ है, तालाब की निकासी के लिए एक वर्ष पूर्व लाखों रु की लागत से बनाया गया नाला भी पहली ही बारिश में बह गया।

लोगों का कहना है कि यह नाला पिल्ली ईंटों आए बनाया गया था,निर्माण के दौरान नाले का विरोध भी किया गया था, लेकिन उस समय किसी ने जांच नही की जिसका खामयाजा आज भुगतान पड़ रहा है। नाला गिरने से गांव का पानी किसानों के खेतों में भरने से सैकड़ो बीघा गन्ने की फसल भी बर्बाद हो जाने की कगार पर है |

इस समय सभी तालाबों का पानी ओवर फ्लो हो जाने से सड़कों पर पानी भरा हुआ है ,जिस कारण लोगों में आक्रोश व्याप्त है।

आपको बताते चलें कि टीकरी कस्बे में छह तालाब हैं | सभी तालाब ओवरफ़्लो हो चुके हैं पर,पानी की निकासी न होने पूरा कस्बा टापू बना हुआ है | आलम यह है किनालों की सफाई ना होने के कारण गंदे पानी की निकासी पूरी तरह से बंद हो चुकी है। तालाब पूरी तरह से ओवरफ्लो हो चुके हैं, जिस कारण गंदा पानी लोगो के घरों व गांव की गलियों में रुका हुआ है।

समाजसेवी व आपकी अपनी समिति के निर्देशक डॉ अरुण राठी ने बताया कि कई योजनाएं बीत चुकी हैं, लेकिन तालाबों की आज तक सफाई नहीं कराई गई है ,जिस कारण गलियों, घरों में पानी घुसा रहता है। पट्टी धिमाना के खाबड़ा मौहल्ले ,पट्टी मैनमाना के लाम्बु मौहल्ले,व पट्टी भोजाना व रतराना के मैन गलियों में तो आने जाने का रास्ता पानी के कारण बंद हो चुका है।

उन्होंने कहा कि लगातार शिकायतों के बावजूद समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है, जिसका खामियाजा सभी कस्बेवासियों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही जिलाधिकारी से शिकायत करेंगे। इस अवसर पर धर्मवीर,सोमपाल पूर्व सभासद, डॉ अरुण राठी, दीपक,सुक्का, कासिम,अंजु, सुनीता,रवीं,राज,मिरुहसन आदि भी मौजूद रहे |
