देहरादून:  डीजल-पेट्रोल की बढ़ती कीमतों के खिलाफ कांग्रेस पार्टी आगामी 11 जून को पेट्रोल पंपों पर सांकेतिक धरना-प्रदर्शन करने जा रही है। कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रीतम सिंह के आह्वान पर बढ़ती महंगाई और डीजल-पेट्रोल के बढ़े दामों के खिलाफ प्रदेशव्यापी विरोध किया जाएगा।

प्रदर्शन के दौरान कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता सरकार से डीजल-पेट्रोल की बढ़ी कीमतें वापस लेने की मांग करेंगे। इस पर कांग्रेस प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकांत धस्माना का कहना है कि पूरा देश कोरोना महामारी के दूसरे दौर से लड़ रहा है।

संक्रमण के कारण व्यापारियों के कारोबार चैपट हो गए हैं। मजदूरों के रोजगार छिन गए हैं, लेकिन भाजपा सरकार बीते 5 महीनों में डीजल-पेट्रोल की कीमतों में लगातार करीब ₹25 की वृद्धि कर चुकी है। धस्माना ने कहा कि कोरोनाकाल में आम जरूरत की चीजों के दाम दोगुने हो गए हैं। साथ ही केंद्र सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि मोदी सरकार संवेदनहीनता की पराकाष्ठा को पार कर चुकी है, जिस कारण भाजपा राज में गरीब आदमी का जीना दूभर हो गया है।

आम जनता को कोरोना महामारी के साथ-साथ दोहरे मोर्चे पर लड़ना पड़ रहा है।कांग्रेस पार्टी का कहना है कि प्रदेश में पेट्रोल डीजल की लगातार बढ़ती कीमतों और बढ़ती महंगाई के विरोध में 11 तारीख को प्रीतम सिंह के आह्वान पर समूचे प्रदेश में सांकेतिक प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा।
