देहरादून: आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने विभाग को सामुदायिक रेडियो केंद्र की स्थापना करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसमें राज्य में आपदा आने पर सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान में सहूलियत होगी। ऐसे में हर समुदायिक रेडियो केंद्र की स्थापना के लिए दस लाख की धनराशि जारी की गई है।

राज्य के आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में शीघ्र सामुदायिक रेडियो केन्द्र की स्थापना करने के निर्देश दिए। ताकि आपदा के समय में आम जनमानस तक सूचनाओं को आसानी से पहुंचाया जा सके। इसके लिए शासन द्वारा आदेश जारी करते हुए प्रस्ताव मांगे गए हैं।

विभागीय मंत्री धन सिंह ने बताया कि उत्तराखंड राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण में प्रदेश के विभिन्न जनपदों में स्वायत्त संस्थाओं और गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं के माध्यम से सामुदायिक रेडियो केंद्र स्थापित किये जाने की व्यवस्था है। लेकिन विभागीय लेट लतीफी के कारण यह योजना अंजाम तक नहीं पहुंच सकी।

हाल ही में  विभागीय सचिव  मुरुगेशन ने इस सम्बन्ध में बाकायदा शासनादेश जारी कर समस्त जिलाधिकारियों को आदेश दिया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि अपने जनपदों के इच्छुक गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं और अन्य संगठनों से रेडियो केंद्र की स्थापना के लिए प्रस्ताव 04 जून 2021 तक राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण को उपलब्ध कराएं।

इसके अलावा राज्य के सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों और अन्य स्वायत्तशासी संस्थाओं से भी प्रस्ताव मांगे गए हैं।

आदेश में कहा गया है कि, जनपदों में सामुदायिक रेडियो केन्द्रों की स्थापना के लिए विभाग के अंतर्गत आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण से ₹10 लाख तथा केन्द्र के संचालन के लिए तीन वर्ष तक ₹2 लाख प्रतिवर्ष वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जायेगी।

धन सिंह रावत के समीक्षा बैठकों में इस योजना का संज्ञान लेने के बाद आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग हरकत में आया है।
