ऋषिकेश: मोबाइल के दुकानदारों ने राज्य सरकार से उनकी मोबाइल की दुकान खोलने की अनुमति की गुहार लगाई है। देवभूमि मोबाइल ऋषिकेश एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष प्रदीप कुमार ने  अपनी व लोगों समस्याएं सरकार के समक्ष रखी।

उन्होंने कहा कि जब सरकार ऑनलाइन कंपनियों को अन्य सामान के साथ मोबाइल बेचने की अनुमति दे सकती है, तो मोबाइल दुकानदारों को भी एक समय निर्धारित कर सोशल डिस्टेंस से व्यापार करने की अनुमति मिलनी चाहिए।

पिछले 1 वर्ष से करना काल के संकट के चलते मोबाइल दुकानदारों की रोजी-रोटी पर संकट आ गया है। ऐसे में मोबाइल दुकानदारों का दुकान का किराए से लेकर बच्चों के बीच वह घर खर्च स्टाफ खर्च कैसे पहन कर पाएंगे, यह एक बड़ी चुनौती है।

एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष प्रदीप ने कहा कि एक ओर जहां वर्तमान दौर में मोबाइल के जरिए बच्चों को आॅ नलाइन शिक्षा दी जा रही है। यदि किसी बच्चे के अभिभावक का स्मार्ट फोन खराब हो जाए तो उसे तत्काल उसे रिपेयर करवाने अथवा नया लेने की जरूरत महसूस होगी।

अगर मोबाइल शाप बंद होगी तो उसके बच्चे की पढ़ाई बाधित हो जाएगी। इस विषय पर भी सरकार को गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस दृष्टि से मोबाइल की दुकानों को खोलनी  बेहद आवश्यक है।

साथ ही  मोबाइल रिचार्ज से लेकर मोबाइल की खरीदारी को लेकर मोबाइल ग्राहक काफी परेशान है। बच्चों की आॅनलाइन पढ़ाई को ध्यान में रखते हुए मोबाइल शाॅप को भी आवश्यक सेवा में शामिल करना चाहिए। प्रदीप कुमार ने कहा कि जनहित में मोबाइल दुकानदारों को एक निर्धारित समय व सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन कराते हुए दुकान खोलने की अनुमति प्रदान करनी चाहिए।
