कोरोना के कारण स्कूलों में ग्रीष्म अवकाश घोषित

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में कोरोना का कहर जारी है। कोरोना से मरने वालों की संख्या में लगातार इजाफा हो रहा है। इसको देखते हुए शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंद पांडे ने शिक्षा सचिव को प्रदेश के सभी स्कूलों में ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश घोषित करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

गौरतलब है कि, सामान्य तौर पर प्रदेश के स्कूलों में एक जून से ग्रीष्मावकाश शुरू होता है। कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए समय से पहले ही शिक्षा मंत्री ने सभी स्कूलों में ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश घोषित करने के निर्देश शिक्षा सचिव को दिए हैं।

ऐसे में अगर आने वाले समय में कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों में कमी आती है, तो संभवतः जून माह के दूसरे या तीसरे सप्ताह से स्कूल दोबारा खोल दिए जाएंगे। बता दें कि, वर्तमान में प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी और गैर सरकारी स्कूल बंद चल रहे हैं। इस बीच स्कूल प्रबंधन की ओर से बच्चों के लिए ऑनलाइन क्लासेस चलाई जा रही हैं।
