घस्यारी कल्याण योजना के नाम पर कांग्रेस को आपत्ति
देहरादून: पर्वतीय जिलों की महिलाओं के कंधों से घास का बोझ कम करने के लिए कैबिनेट ने मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना को मंजूरी दे दी है। राज्य की 70 फीसदी से अधिक की आबादी कृषि एवं पशुपालन व्यवसाय से जुड़ी हुई है।
इसलिए पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में हरे चारे की भारी कमी को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री घस्यारी कल्याण योजना को शुरू किया गया है। वहीं कांग्रेस ने घस्यारी कल्याण योजना के नाम पर आपत्ति जताते हुए इसे उत्तराखंड की माताओं और बहनों का अपमान बताया है।
कांग्रेस ने घस्यारी शब्द पर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा कि सरकार को इस योजना का नाम किसी सिद्ध पीठ के नाम पर रखना चाहिए था। कांग्रेस प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष सूर्यकांत धस्माना ने घस्यारी कल्याण योजना को उत्तराखंड की महिलाओं का अपमान बताते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस कार्यकाल के दौरान तीलू रौतेली योजना को शुरू किया गया था।
कांग्रेस शासनकाल में हमेशा माता-बहनों को सम्मान दिया जाता रहा है। अब भाजपा सरकार राज्य भर की महिलाओं के लिए घस्यारी योजना शुरू कर रही है। इससे कल्पना की जा सकती है कि भाजपा सरकार की महिलाओं के प्रति क्या सोच है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि सरकार माताओं बहनों के सर से घास, लकड़ी, पानी का बोझ कम करके कोई ऐसी योजना बनाती, तो बेहतर होता। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य की महिलाएं हमेशा से ही उत्तराखंड के विकास की धुरी रही हैं।
पर्वतीय इलाकों की महिलाओं के ऊपर चूल्हे से लेकर घास, जानवर, खेतों से लेकर संपूर्ण परिवार की जिम्मेदारी रहती है। ऐसे में सरकार उन्हें घस्यारी बता रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि माताओं और बहनों के उत्थान के लिए बनाई गई इस योजना को घस्यारी बताना भाजपा सरकार के लिए शर्मनाक बात है।
कांग्रेस का कहना है कि इस योजना को बनाने से पहले सरकार को कम से कम इस योजना के नाम पर तो कृपा करनी चाहिए थी।
कांग्रेस का मानना है कि उत्तराखंड सिद्ध पीठ की धरती रही है। यहां ज्वालपा, भगवती, राजराजेश्वरी विद्यमान हैं। ऐसे में सरकार को किसी सिद्ध पीठ के नाम पर इस योजना की शुरुआत करनी चाहिए थी।
