सीएम ने किया कर्नल सी.एम. नौटियाल की पुस्तकों ‘सतीत्व का श्राप’ एवं ‘अनुबंध’ का विमोचन

देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में कर्नल सी.एम. नौटियाल द्वारा लिखित पुस्तकों ‘सतीत्व का श्राप’ एवं ‘अनुबंध’ का विमोचन किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने लेखक के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि समाज को सही राह दिखाना लेखकों एवं साहित्यकारों का दायित्व होता है।

इन पुस्तकों में कर्नल नौटियाल ने सतीत्व का श्राप पुस्तक में जहां एक ओर समाज में व्याप्त कुरीतियों को सामने लाने का प्रयास किया है वही यह भी सन्देश देने का प्रयास किया है

कि समाजिकता के विरूद्व मनुष्य चाहे अपने किये गये अपराधों को कितना भी छिपाने का प्रयास करें, पीड़ित की अन्तर्रात्मा को पहुंची ठेस का प्रतिफल अपराधी को अवश्य मिलता है।

अनुबंध’ उपन्वास में भी लेखक ने मानवीय संवेदनाओं एवं सम्बन्धों को अभिव्यक्त करने का प्रयास किया है। वर्ष 2013 में केदारनाथ में आई आपदा के दंशों का मानवता पर पड़ने वाले प्रभावों को भी इसमें निरूपित किया गया है।

पुस्तक के लेखक कर्नल सी.एम. नौटियाल ने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए पुस्तकों के बारे में जानकारी दी।
