पीआरडी जवानों के लिए रोस्टर शासनादेश का अनुपालन कराए सरकारः मोर्चा

विकासनगर:  जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने कहा कि पीआरडी जवानों के कल्याण हेतु सरकार द्वारा दिसंबर 2005 में शासनादेश जारी कर रोस्टर प्रणाली लागू किए जाने हेतु निदेशक, युवा कल्याण विभाग को निर्देश दिए गए थे, लेकिन 15 वर्ष बीत जाने के उपरांत भी आज तक रोस्टर लागू नहीं किया गया, जिस कारण सिफारिश विहीन स्वयंसेवक दर-दर की ठोकरें खाने को मजबूर हैं तथा वहीं दूसरी ओर अधिकारियों से सांठगांठ कर सेटिंग बाज निरंतर अपनी सेवाएं देते रहते हैं।

नेगी ने कहा कि रोस्टर लागू न होने से विभाग में न तो पारदर्शिता बनी हुई है और न ही प्रशिक्षित स्वयंसेवकों को शासनादेशानुसार रोजगार मिल पाता है। मोर्चा ने उक्त शासनादेश का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराए जाने हेतु मुख्य सचिव से आग्रह किया है। अगर शीघ्र ही रोस्टर सिस्टम लागू न किया गया तो मोर्चा आंदोलन करेगा।
