उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अनेक महत्वपूर्ण योजनायें संचालित की जा रही है जिसका आम जनमानस अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठा सकते है। उपाध्यक्ष ने कहा कि हमारे लिए यह हर्ष का विषय है कि अल्मोड़ा जनपद बीस सूत्रीय कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन में प्रथम स्थान पर है। उन्होंने कहा कि बीस सूत्रीय के अन्तर्गत अनेक ऐसी योजनायें है जिसका लाभ देकर हम आम गरीब आदमी को विकास की धारा मे जोडते हुये उनका आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक विकास कर सकते है।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 के चलते विकास कार्यो की गति धीमी हुई है, लेकिन अब स्थिति बेहतर है। ऐसे में प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में बीस सूत्रीय कार्यक्रम की योजनाओं को अधिकारियों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों के सहयोग से धरातल पर उतारा जायेगा। उन्हांेने कहा कि प्रत्येक जनपद स्तर पर उनके द्वारा बैठकें आयोजित कर बीस सूत्रीय कार्यक्रम के सभी मदों की गहन समीक्षा की जायेगी।
